As soon as i got this saw home I put it to the test. Grabbed a 6 foot long by 1.5 inch thick piece of hard wood(ash) and shoved it through with little too no problem. I was impressed. The saw is easy to set up between cuts, the fence is accurate and the sliding extension table make it very versatile. Its weight has its plus and minuses. Easy to lift and the handle and wheels make it easy to move to the site, but can slide if you are trying it feed the wood through to fast. Fasten it down or don’t jam it through. The blade that comes with the saw works well.
