I LOVE my Generac!,

This is an excellent product and I am extremely pleased with it. Other than the battery, which I had to purchase separately, it came complete and ready for installation. The instructions were clear and installation was simple (it helped having a friend with his gas license who could do the gas hook-up for me). After hook-up the unit started and ran perfectly, and when I simulated a power failure the unit started and transferred reliably (I did this about 4 or 5 times). The insulated cabinet looks good and keeps the noise level down to a very comfortable level. I also like the way it self-exercises on a weekly basis, and setting the timer couldn’t be simpler. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to ensure power to essential loads.
