Great in between joists,

I picked up this tool because I needed to nail some 3 1/2 inch nails through 2 pressure treated 2×10 joists while in a confined space. This tool made the job a pleasure. I ended up also using it to nail a few 2×10 joists around the edge of a deck. I was supporting one end with a clamp, and holding the other end with one hand while I used my free hand to operate the tool. Again I was very pleased with how well it performed and how it made my life much easier.
Although I”ve only used it to drive about four dozen nails so far in the course of an hour or so, I was very impressed with it. And considering I bought it for $79 (regular price at the time) and it came with Ridgid’’s lifetime service agreement, it was well worth the investment.
