It’s been a week since I installed this product and so far, it’s been very good. It hasn’t missed a beat. So far. I’ve read in a whole lot of online reviews that this brand of water heater has given them problems BUT I’ve read also a lot of reviews that slammed every brand of water heater so it seems to me that every brand has lemons so just go for the one that meets your needs and hope for the best. Just make sure you choose an installer who takes care NOT to apply too much heat near the heat traps otherwise your water woes will continue. I’ll post another update in another few months but I check the water heater every day and it rarely comes on unless we use hot water so the insulation is quite good.
