Easy install – truly whisper quiet,

I am what I like to call a “weekend handyman” – capable of doing small to medium projects around the house. It took me just over 4 hours to install this opener including the time it took to remove the previous door opener. The instructions were straight forward and very clear. No issues or problems found while building and hanging the unit. Even setting up the safety beam required just one adjustment and was done within a couple minutes. The opener is also very clean to install – don’t expect to get any grease on your hands or clothes.The device lives up to its name as is extremely quiet. Our garage is below our master bedroom and the old screw drive opener we had was loud enough to wake me in the morning with it’s jerk start and stops. This Chamberlain belt drive opener is barely audible in the bedroom.Programming the homelink buttons in our vehicles were a breeze as well – successful on the first attempt after watching the tutorial videos on the homelink website. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product and would recommend to anyone.
