Umm, where did you get the cells to make this???
@IBSORIANO ,I know. it’s for people who have all the time in the world. Thats why he should make the solar panels and sell them to people who don’t have the time to make them.
@Criticmizer
The video says “How to make”
the song at the beggining is Din Din wo, the last one is One step beyond.
The song isn’t by Karsh Kale, it’s called “Din Din Wo (little child)” by Habib koite and Bamada, on their album, Muso Ko. i don’t see how you could get those confused.
that’s not the bad ass guitar song god damn it!
please who is that by?
i have to learn it
Thanks for providing a really interesting vidoe on the subject i’m sure it will be extremely useful
@LizardKing691 its silicon only no more materials needed

um our house is solar powered does that mean we get free electricity?
Are there any videos that show how to make a computer chip this easy?
the earth sux and i hope all polar bears die just because im tired of the people who are obsessed with saving the earth
i was wondering if you had this problem with your solar panel you made look at this video from davevanden1 solar panel building warning!!!!!!! video he says he got corrosion on the cells in like 4 months from it being exposed to air

hi all
a few things i have found by tring different ways of soldering these. first if you lightly scratch off the white on the strips first the tabbing wire really sticks better and smoother.also i found i did not need to use any solder. without removing this white i found the tabbing wire would come off the panel very easy. to remove the white you just neet to scratch it very lightly with something dull . also i found putting cardboard under the cell disipates the heat better .
also i used the liquid flux and it is water clean up just give the cella light wipe with a wet cotten swab when done and you wont have the flux speading afterwards.
i use a flat tip soldering iron.
Another unrelated video uses a Flux Pen and spreads it only on the metallic ribbon and Solar Panel connections, first before soldering.
I’m a Bench Tech but never have done this Solar Panel building. I use a type of solder that has the Flux built in. It goes where I flow.
To the Channel: Might explain the type of Tip on your Soldering Iron for the folks that don’t know and your use of Flux and to check each cell.
Great video crappy music.
Please, how did you come by those black plates at first? Are they just flat painted iron with white stripes or what? Or are they already made solar cells that one has to buy and assemble them? Thanks for your kind answers. Be blessed
Nice, thanks.

ok i have a simple question
what do you use to clean the excess flux and finger prints off the cells when they are soldered it sems to spread out and saturate the cell
thanks
dave
I built my own Solar Panels for UNDER $100 that I am currently using to power my entire 1700 Square Foot home using the plans at:
