The big Oil corporations are trying their best to stop free energy ideas from spreading to common ppl.
We need to put an end to this corruption ,start generating ur own electricity now.

I invented a breakthrough renewable source of energy that violates the law of energy conservation. I have a proof that there are phenomena that violate the law of energy conservation. I am looking for $6M for a prototype and patents.

You could use a coupler, and a plug that would fit into it to work as the base, it would be flat. (I did this once for a water pipe actually…)
And also, I don’t understand why you would only have a 1″ gap of exposed stainless at the top and bottom, as if that were a good thing… Can you explain why you would rather have so much covered up surface over full exposure?

heh, i have the same marker

Hey Zero just a thought on the PVC they do make a flat cap, granted they are not that popular for schedule 40 but they are out there .our local hardware store sells them.I have also noticed that places like the major hardware outlets sell the flat caps in Schedule 90(grey conduit for wiring and strength). Also im not posting this to sound like a smartass just giving ya some info from my area!.. Keep up the good work!

You can but it’s not nearly as efficient. Been there, done that, bought the T-shirt.

HHO production takes time to “spin up”. When switching polarity it spins down only to have to spin back up again on each cycle. Meanwhile, power consumption remains constant. It’s a losing proposition.

  • Daood416 says:

I cant believe you have time to answer that bullshit! Well answer my question which isnt bullshit. Can you make HHO with AC current? My wind generators make AC. Thank you.

It don’t matter regarding neutrality as long as the positive plates do not touch the negative plates.

  • ZeroFossilFuel says:

Huh? Seriously, I have no idea what sort of innuendo you think I’m implying here. I guess I’m just naive.

“you have no idea how bad i want to get this thing wet”….lol naughty naughty there zzf! lolz

  • issmech says:

you could use a flat bottom rubber clamp on end cap as well. that way you could get in on both ends

  • ZeroFossilFuel says:

There are very few adhesive compounds that hold up well over time in the caustic electrolyte solutions found in most cells. Most will soften, and Leach chemicals that and a poisoning the cell. But by all means, if you think it will work, try it!

Hi, Zero your are a cool pioneer in helping us all to have clean energy,Thanks my name is Jasen its a nice to finally be able to write you, you have inspired me and I belieave alot of others, I have built one with my bro. so far,I hope to build a dry cell here in the futher.I have a sugestion I dont know if you have tried, what about using truck bed liner to coat your connections in the cell, its very strong and should prevent any voltage leakage. Are you going to use high volts and low amps???

  • will4ward says:

Maybe I’m out of school, but I always cut the pipe in a chop/miter saw .
Go easy and masking tape the cut area to prevent
    chipping,wear eye protection.
    Perfect cuts.

  • flipster12000 says:

You can use a clean out collar on the bottom of the cell also just screw in the clean out cap in UPSIDE DOWN. It will make a nice sturdy and flat bottom for your containers, or use a rubber pressure cap with a stainless hose clamp.

    You’re new here. Aren’t you?

    One question
between every 2 contacts to supply power, there are 5 steel plates. What is their potential, I mean, what are they connected to? do you use neutral plates?

Is the piping heat proof ?

At what temp will the water be?

  • rhblakeman says:

A long cable (zip) tie snugged up around the pipe at one mark will almost go perfect for a mark too and you can check the measurment and adjust then use the tie like you did as pencil or marker guide. Take the tie off and cut. You can get unlockable long ties as well and reuse them. When I do PVC for sewer I have a wood V I use and put my 7″ saw at the mark and once into the pipe I simply spin. Rare to get an odd cut.

  • rhblakeman says:

There are two SCH40 types, one is solid and one is foam core. Get the heavier and harder solid, not the foam core. Foam core is great for drains, terrible for containment of a hot cell. ABS foam core does work though but it’s good to like 180 degrees where PVC is 150 or 130 for foam core.

Zero – Lowes sells 24″ lengths also. Good way to cut is mark first. Find something that cradles or V’s the pipe and has a fixed stop then hold a pencil in place and turn while making a mark. Should be square

  • ZeroFossilFuel says:

I knew they cut wood panels for free. Didn’t know about the pipe. Thanks for the tip!

  • magicuncovered says:

Home depot has a pipe cutting machine, they do it free and gives a perfect straight line cut, or use a 6″ ABS pipe cutter wheel.

  • HydroGlaze says:

It that schedule 40 PVC? I went to Lowes today to buy my setup but I would like to verify that you used schedule 40 for the body.

    Thanks

    Bill
